Chess Place
Tournaments and Events
Chess Place, located at 2501 East Piedmont Road, Suite 160, in East Cobb County (MAP), is becoming recognized as the venue for serious chess in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area, as well as providing a location to play chess in a pleasant and friendly environment. Our mission is to reach out to and draw in the new and casual players who desire a positive first experience to keep them coming back. We do this by offering tournaments in an attractive, clean, technologically up-to-date, and inviting environment. We strive to make ourselves welcoming and inviting to the novice and casual player at the same time as offering a serious challenge to the experienced player.
We also offer books, computer programs, chess sets, chess clocks, and supplies for sale at Chess Place. We invite you to browse our selections next time you're there. Please click here for our current inventory.
